You can’t get more local for Ocean Pines residents than PopCe’s Ice Cream. Bob Miller, Co-Owner, makes all their ice cream on site, with many local and all natural ingredients and coloring. He tries to get fruit from local vendors whenever possible and freezes a lot so he can have local ingredients all year.

PopCe’s strives to create a family friendly atmosphere for people of all ages to come and not only enjoy some sweet treats but also enjoy each other’s company. PopCe’s provides an area that has tables with umbrella’s, benches, corn hole, and even space for kids to color with chalk.

Meet The Owners

We are Bob and Celeste Miller. Our grandchildren call us Poppy and CeCe, hence the name PopCe’s! We are both local to the area, as Bob is from Pittsville/Willard’s, and Celeste is from Berlin. As connected members of our local community, and grandparents to 7 beautiful grandchildren, it has long been our goal to create a space where we can bring families together to enjoy local, homemade ice cream and create lasting memories. If we’re able to create even just one moment of good memories for you and your family, we will consider ourselves successful. If or when you come to PopCe’s Homemade Ice Cream, you can be sure that every scoop is made intentionally and with natural flavors and coloring.
